The Quadruple Room was surprisingly spacious, with a massive bed that could fit several people. The second bed was a queen, so if you’re not cuddling, it might feel a bit snug. Everything felt clean and quiet, which was nice. Location was awesome, and I appreciated that there was always someone at the reception to help when needed.

beautifully renovated townhouse, close to the Jardin de la Union, noisy service area
Being woken up by loud traditional singers from 7pm to 10pm became quite annoying!!! Those basement rooms with no windows just feel claustrophobic and gloomy!!! Consider soundproofing the doors!!!

Overall, the hotel offers a clean, charming stay with friendly staff, but the noise from the streets can be quite disruptive. Breakfast options were limited, and the parking situation was slightly inconvenient. Still, it’s well-located and comfortable for exploring the area.

Fantastic service and great location!
I had an amazing stay and fell in love with the location, right in the heart of the old city! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, always ready with great recommendations. My room was clean, spacious, and offered a comfortable bed along with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. something like a cafe de la olla would be a perfect addition.

It was just a decent option for a short weekend trip in Guanajuato with fantastic value. The lighting in the rooms is a bit dim, but not a deal breaker. Consider asking for a room with a window to avoid the mold smell.
